Welcome to Mad Paw It. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Mad Paw It sells natural pet treats and related pet products.
All items are intended for pet consumption only and must be used responsibly under supervision.


2. Product Information

  • All treats are 100% natural, and therefore variations in shape, size, colour, and weight are expected.
  • Product images are for illustration only; the actual product may look different.
  • Ingredients are clearly listed on each product page.
  • Please check all product details carefully before purchasing, especially if your pet has allergies or dietary restrictions.


3. Safety & Usage

  • Always supervise your pet while chewing.
  • Provide fresh drinking water at all times.
  • Treats should be given in moderation and are not a replacement for a balanced diet.
  • If your pet swallows a large piece or shows signs of discomfort, contact your veterinarian immediately.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to assess the suitability of a product for their pet.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP£ and may change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.
  • We accept the payment methods listed on our website.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
  • Any damaged or missing parcels must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of pet treats, we cannot accept returns on opened products for health and safety reasons.

We may offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The incorrect item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged
  • There is an issue with product quality

To request assistance, please contact us at info@madpawit.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Photos may be required as proof.


7. Allergies & Dietary Sensitivities

While many of our products are single-ingredient and suitable for sensitive pets, it is the owner’s responsibility to:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
