What makes your treats 'natural'?

Our treats & chews are made from real, minimally processed animal parts with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. 

 

Why do my treats look differently shaped to the images on the website?

Because our treats are 100% natural and made from real animal parts, each one is unique. No two treats will look exactly the same. That’s how you know they’re truly natural!

 

How much does delivery cost?

Orders are sent via dpd and you will receive an email or text message allowing you to track your delivery.

Standard delivery (2-4 days) - £3.95 or FREE for orders over £50

Express delivery (1-2 days) - £5.90 or FREE for orders over £50

 

Are your treats safe for all breeds and sizes?

Yes - however, you know your pet best! Always choose a treat size appropriate for your dog and supervise them while chewing. If you're unsure, we're more than happy to recommend options if you contact us.

 

How should I store the treats?

Store all treats in a cool, dry place. For longest freshness, keep them in an airtight container. 

 

What if my pet has allergies?

We offer single-ingredient treats that are perfect for pets with sensitivities. Always check the ingredient list or contact us if your pet has specific allergies and we can provide recommendations

 

Do natural treats have a smell?

Some natural treats have stronger scents than others. Thats because they contain no artificial masking agents! Trust us, your pets will love the smell, it adds to the flavour!
